Ingredients
- 2 cans coconut milk full fat, not lite
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 package snow peas
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Add coconut milk, vegetable broth, curry paste, salt, and pepper to a saucepan. Brign to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Add peas and sprouts. Boil 5 minutes longer . Top with cilantro.
