Ingredients
- 4 oz turkey breast no nitrates, nitrites, or added sugar
- 4 leaves butter lettuce
- 2 oz uncured bacon no sugar listed in ingredients
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese sliced or grated
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise no sugar listed in ingredients, see notes
- 1 tomato cored and sliced
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Break in half.
- Arrange turkey, bacon, cheese, mayo, and tomatoes evenly over each lettuce leaf.
