Step aside, breakfast potatoes, there’s a new side dish in town! Hotshot Hash is a healthy sweet potato hash with just a touch of heat. It will be sure to wow your breakfast (or breakfast for dinner).

Ingredients
- 5 sweet potato medium, diced
- 2 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 onion diced
- 2 green bell pepper diced
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 egg white beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Toss potatoes, minced garlic, onion, bell peppers, dry seasoning, melted butter, and egg whites in a medium bowl. Stir until well coated. Arrange in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake 25 minutes at 425, stirring twice. Turn oven to broiler, and broil 3-5 minutes, watching closely, until browned and crisp.
