Raw Zoodles
- Use a spiralizer or a grater to create zucchini noodles. No oil needed for raw noodles.
Cooked Zoodles
- Heat oil in a medium skillet. Use a spiralizer or a grater to create zucchini noodles. Add zoodles to hot skillet, and stir well to coat. Cook 1-2 minutes just to heat. Serve warm.
