These Healthy Salmon Wraps make an amazing lunch or dinner. The salmon only takes a few minutes to cook and adds some amazing healthy fats to your diet.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet wild caught preferred
- 4 each 100% whole grain soft flour tortilla
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
- 1 tomato large, diced
- 1 red onion small, diced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Grilled Salmon
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill salmon until done, about 4 minutes per side.
- Flake salmon; discard skin.
- Spread 1/4 the cream cheese on each cream cheese on each tortilla.
- Combine salmon, feta, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Spread 1/4 the salmon mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up.
Baked Salmon
- Preheat oven to 350. Place salmon in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Flake salmon; discard skin.
- Spread 1/4 the cream cheese on each cream cheese on each tortilla.
- Combine salmon, feta, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Spread 1/4 the salmon mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up.
