Welcome to the newsletter for 4/5/19. We send out a newsletter every week on Thursday evening Pacific US time. If you got a link forwarded or shared by a friend and you’d like to get the actual email notification in your inbox so you don’t miss a newsletter, just sign up here.
Also, feel free to use the share buttons above and below this post to share this info with your friends!
1) What’s the difference between the ketogenic diet and clean eating?
This week’s brand new blog is the second article in a series of blogs comparing clean eating with other diet philosophies. We started with paleo last week. This week, it’s clean eating vs. the keto diet. You’ll get an overview of each diet and how they work.
2) 28 Days To Clean – New book coming soon! Test Group is DONE!!!!!
REMINDER: I’m writing a book! If you’ve been on this newsletter for more than a few weeks, you probably saw that I’m writing a book called “28 Days To Clean” and I asked for volunteers for a test group. Well, we are now on week DONE with the test group! The feedback has been amazing. Truly.
Now, it’s time to incorporate changes to the plan based on the feedback and then get it all into a fancy book format and off to the printer. This will likely take the next 2 months.
If you want to keep informed about the release more closely, click here to enter your email and get added to the info list quickly.
3) New Weekly Meal Plans
Of course, we have new weekly meal plans out for those of you that are members. If you are a member, you can find them here. Copy to your personal meal planner, and off you go! If you aren’t a member, you can get a free trial here.
4) NEW RECIPE: Easy Shoyu Ramen with a soft-boiled egg
The perfect homemade ramen that’s easy to make for those times between trips to your favorite ramen shop. I wrote a lot more on this recipe than normal (under the recipe mostly…because that’s how we roll). You might want to check it out. There’s even a few pics from my trip to the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum in Japan.
5) Older Recipes
We have nearly 1000 recipes on the site. So, every week, I like to just highlight a few older ones to give you some inspiration. Here are this week’s picks.
