1) “1-2-3 Eat!” Meal Planning
This week’s blog is a revamp of an old blog that desperately needed an update. The “1-2-3 Eat!” concept is such a simple concept and so useful. Heidi and I literally use it every week. Once you start to think this way, you’ll save yourself time and also save yourself from being forced to get take out when you don’t really want to.
2) New Weekly Meal Plans
Of course, we have new weekly meal plans out for those of you that are members. If you are a member, you can find them here. Copy to your personal meal planner, and off you go! If you aren’t a member, you can get a free trial here.
3) NEW RECIPE: Low Carb Pretzels
This isn’t exactly a new recipe. We released on the low carb lunch kits recipe a few weeks ago. But, we wanted to get it on its own recipe page as well, so we did that this week.
4) NEW RECIPE: Carne Asada and Carne Asada Bowls
YES! Have I mentioned that I love Mexican food? Just look at those bowls!
