1) 28 Days To Clean – New book coming soon!
I’m writing a book! If you’ve been on this newsletter for more than a few weeks, you probably saw that I’m writing a book called “28 Days To Clean” and I asked for volunteers for a test group. Well, we’re are now on week 2 of that test group and it’s going well. The feedback on the program has been very good.
It’s going to be a 4-week (28 days) step-by-step program in an actual printed book. I’m so excited!
If you want to keep informed about the release more closely, click here to enter your email and get added to the info list quickly.
2) 10 Healthy Meals in a Bag!
We have a ton of old blog posts that need some updating. So, instead of writing a new blog post for the last few weeks, I’ve been updating and tweaking on old posts that are valuable but were not originally well formatted. I’ve updated pics, added information and more.
This week I took this blog post about 10 healthy meals in a bag and gave it a facelift. These are some of my favorite “one bag freezer meals”. You should make some of them!
3) NEW RECIPE: Spicy Shrimp Pho
We have a new recipe this week. It’s Spicy Shrimp Pho and it’s amazing. I tested and photographed this one for Heidi personally and I loved it. Pho is a very complex thing but you can make a home version that still gets the job done and doesn’t take hours.
4) New Weekly Meal Plans
Of course, we have new weekly meal plans out for those of you that are members. If you are a member, you can find them here. Copy to your personal meal planner, and off you go! If you aren’t a member, you can get a free trial here.
4) Older Recipes
We have nearly 1000 recipes on the site. So, every week, I like to just highlight a few older ones to give you some inspiration. Here are this week’s picks.
