Mediterranean Grilled Tuna Steaks are a simple main course for a “1-2-3 Eat!” meal. We originally paired this with roasted Brussels Sprouts and Easy Garlic Breadsticks.
Ingredients
Marinade
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
Steaks
- 4 ahi tuna steaks fresh or frozen (thawed if frozen), 4-6 oz each
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour over steaks in shallow dish. Allow to marinate at least 5 minutes.
- Preheat grill to med. Grill steaks 2-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
