It’s really really really (did I mention really?) hard to find or even make a sweet coffee treat while staying on the green tier with 90/10 Nutrition. Added sugars, colors, flavors, syrups… seems like every ingredients list is suspect.

Imagine my delight – and surprise – when I found Vanilla Chameleon Cold Brew. The ingredients are satisfactory. The taste is delicious.

All I need for this afternoon snack (that’s what I use it for, but of course you can have a green tier iced coffee anytime you wish!), is the Chameleon Cold Brew, milk, and ice. And a fancy cup, should I choose one. (I’ll take the 90/10 cup every time!)

You can choose any type of milk you choose: whole milk, 2% milk, 1% milk, skim or nonfat milk, or even unsweetened nut milks. My milk of choice for this is 2% or whole.
