You do not have to give up ice cream (or ice cream-like products) when you decide to embark on a clean-eating lifestyle like 90/10 Nutrition. I know, you want to hug me right now. I get it! Recipes like this healthy vanilla bean frozen yogurt are reason enough to invest in an ice cream maker. We used the Kitchen Aid Ice Cream Maker Attachment for our mixer for testing purposes, but any ice cream maker will do just fine. Try serving a scoop of this with a Gluten Free Snickerdoodle on the side!

What can you sub for whole milk? Would almond milk work?
Hi Lindsay! I used whole milk for its fat content, so maybe full fat canned coconut milk would be a good replacement. I’m not sure, as I haven’t tested it myself, but that would be my suggestion. Thank you!
