And now, what we’ve all been waiting for, 4 ingredient, healthy, clean, gluten free, 100% green tier, healthy Peanut Butter Cookies.  That’s right folks.  Toss your jar of Jif® and its recipe right out the window.  You don’t need it anymore. I promise you once you taste these you will not go back to the refined-sugar-laden cookie you used to love.

Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter no sugar listed in ingredients
  • 1 cup medjool dates pitted
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients until a dough forms. Scoop onto prepared baking sheet in 1 Tablespoons full (approximately). Flatten slightly with a fork, in a criss-cross pattern.
  • Bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes or until browned. Allow to cool.
