Healthy Apple Pie Granola? YES! This stuff is so good, you might have to hide it from sight so you don’t eat it all at once. This healthy apple pie granola makes a great topping for a yogurt parfait (see recipe instructions) or it can be a snack all by itself. If you like bananas better, this Banana Nut Granola is also amazing.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup dried apple rings chopped
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- Mix all ingredients and spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 300 for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
