Try this Garlic-Tahini Dip with any raw vegetable, or melt it a little and pour over cooked squash, or mix it into cooked brown rice or whole wheat pasta, or try it with just about anything you can dream of!


Servings : 4
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp tahini see notes, no sugar added
- 1 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
- 4 tsp miso paste mellow white, no msg
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Stir well or process in a food processor or blender. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Tahini is also sometimes known as sesame tahini or sesame tahini paste.
