These fiery chicken pitas make a great lunch recipe with some spice to make it interesting. You can put this together in just minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 can canned chicken drained
- plain Greek yogurt 2-3 Tbsp
- salt
- pepper
- hot sauce to taste
- 4 baby carrots chopped
- 5 grape tomatoes halved
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 each 100% whole wheat greek pita bread
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except pita. Stuff into pita. Enjoy.

Used left over chicken instead, yum and shredded the carrots
