This Easy Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe is easy enough to make on a weeknight. It uses 100% whole grain pasta and has plenty of healthy veggies.

Servings : 4
Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked, shredded
- 3 ounces 100% Whole Wheat Vermicelli Noodles
- 1/2 cup carrot sliced
- 1/2 cup celery sliced
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put Carrots and celery in chicken broth in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add noodles
- Cook 5 more minutes
- Add chicken, stir, and season with salt and pepper
- Serve.
Notes
This recipe calls for cooked chicken. You can use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to make it really easy.

Was Wonderful on a cold MN evening!
I used part chicken broth & part of the dry vegetable bouillon mix for a vege broth. Increased everything a little so there would be some leftovers.
