You should be able to find carrots already cut into chips at the store, which makes these healthy carrot chips extremely easy and convenient!
Ingredients
- 16 oz carrot peeled and cut crosswise into thin chips
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Toss carrots in a bowl with the oil until they are well-coated. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
