4 ingredients.  10 minutes.  So simple!  Pair this Pan-Seared Fish with brown rice and a steamed veggie or sweet potato spirals and steamed peas like we did.

Ingredients

  • 4 fish filet any type*
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large skillet. Rinse fish and pat dry. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes per side or until fish is completely opaque and flakes easily with fork.

Notes

*we used Barramundi fish for testing purposes
We served this 1-2-3 Eat! entree with steamed peas and shoestring sweet potatoes.
