Servings : 32 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter no sugar listed in ingredients
- 1 cup medjool dates pitted
- 1 each egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients until a dough forms. Scoop onto prepared baking sheet in 1 Tablespoons full (approximately). Flatten slightly with a fork, in a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes or until browned. Allow to cool.
