Healthy Banana Nut Granola! Yum! So many granolas you can buy in the store sound healthy, but they use sugar in the ingredients. This healthy banana nut granola doesn’t use any added sugar. You should also try this Apple Pie Granola!

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup cashews coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup dried unsweetened bananas chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- Mix all ingredients and spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 300 for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
