Take it from me: if you throw away heels of bread, if bread gets old at your house, or if your salad is lacking that special crunch that only croutons can deliver, then you need these in your life. Healthy homemade croutons are easily made from oldish bread (or bread you’d be throwing away, such as heels) plus normal, every day ingredients you probably have at home. Store in the freezer and you’ll have croutons anytime you want them!
