You know we have THE BEST BAKED TORTILLA CHIPS recipe in the world, right? Well now we have THE BEST AIR FRYER CORN TORTILLA CHIPS recipe in the world! These healthy chips can cure a snack attack in about 4 minutes, without guilt or regret.
If you don’t own an air fryer yet, but you are looking for one, consider this Cuisinart one. It’s my favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 corn tortilla
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut tortillas into fourths. Toss in a bowl with oil. Arrange in a single layer in basket of air fryer. It's ok if they touch a little bit because they'll curl up a little while cooking, but they should not overlap a lot. Work in batches if necessary.
- Sprinkle with salt, to taste. (I learned the hard way that a little goes a long way here.)
- Cook on Air Fry at 375 for 4 minutes. Check for doneness. Cook additional time, checking after every minute, to desired doneness. Serve warm or allow to cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
