You don’t need mayo for these clean eating tuna melts! This is one of my kids’ favorite meals, and it’s so easy they often make it themselves!
Ingredients
- 2 cans canned tuna in water
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 avocado mashed, ripe
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 each 100% whole grain hamburger buns
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Open hamburger buns and place each half, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Drain tuna. Mix tuna, yogurt, avocado, and cheese. Spread over cut sides of buns. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until melted.
