- 30-60 min intake and education session
- Go over intake questionnaire
- Go through 90/10 system in detail
- Help plan first week of meals
- Any other strategy requested
- To take place 4-7 days before starting
- Small group chat or FB group with others in the program (5-10 people)
- Optional participation but recommended
- Daily challenges, reminders, tasks, and affirmations to keep you on track
- Weekly 15-30 min dedicated check ins with your personal coach
- Can be phone, zoom, or chat (chat is not preferred)
- Coach will look over food logs and any updates on goals (weight, etc)
- Coach will make suggestions based on the info given
- The rest of the time can be used for strategy and planning the next week
- Unlimited 1-on-1 contact with your coach via text or message for questions and help

I’ve finalized the details of the BETA coaching program and we’re taking applications NOW. Below are the details of what you’ll get as a participant.
The cost is $150 for the length of the program (2 months, Feb and March)
Exact start dates for each person are somewhat individual but should all start around the same time (within a week or so).
