I (client) hereby acknowledge that I have had an opportunity to review the terms and conditions below and agree to the following:

1. I acknowledge that 90/10 Nutrition, nor its agent(s), is not a professional nutritionist, dietician, or doctor. We recommend consulting with your doctor before making any changes to your diet or exercise plan.
2. I acknowledge that 90/10 Nutrition may suggest particular foods, supplements, workouts or give other advice as part of the client’s participation in/with the products/services offered. I further understand that exercise carries with it the potential for damage or loss of property, serious injury and death. I further understand that dietary changes carry the risk of health issues and I assume the risks of participating in these types of events/activities. I acknowledge that I have a regular medical physician I can contact regarding any medical problems they may develop.
3. I expressly waive, release, discharge, hold harmless and agree not to sue 90/10 Nutrition nor its agents for any loss related to death, disability, or any personal injury that may result from participation in the 90/10 Nutrition program.
4. I acknowledge that this agreement constitutes the full agreement between the parties, and that the undersigned has entered into this agreement free and voluntarily without force or coercion.
5. I agree and am aware that results may vary. Exercise and proper diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss and muscle definition. Always consult your physician and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program or using any supplement or meal replacement product. The information on our site is not intended to diagnose any medical condition or to replace the advice of a healthcare professional. If you experience any pain or difficulty with exercises or diet, stop and consult your healthcare provider.
6. I acknowledge that 90/10 Nutrition makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, and results obtained through the website. 90/10 Nutrition, disclaims all warranties, express, implied of any kind. 90/10 Nutrition, its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any damages or injuries of any kind caused by any failure of performance, error, and/or omission arising from the use of this website.
7. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 90/10 Nutrition, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing www.9010nutrition.com using your account.
8. I acknowledge that any information, including photos you submit to 90/10 Nutrition through our groups or otherwise, becomes the property of 90/10 Nutrition, and may be reproduced, modified, and distributed as we see fit in any medium and for any purpose. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of 90/10 Nutrition, or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content of this website is strictly prohibited.
9. Participants involved in any activities offered by 90/10 Nutrition may be photographed or videotaped during participation in the activity. I hereby consent to the use of these photographs and/or videos without compensation on the 90/10 Nutrition website or in any editorial, promotional or advertising material produced and/or published by 90/10 Nutrition.
10. Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or rent your email or name to anyone ever. We do not send spam or unwanted messages. You can unsubscribe at any time. If you can’t do it yourself through our mail program, send us an email to remove you and we’ll do it for you. We do not keep any credit card information on our website servers at any time. All payments are taken via a secured server through authorized payment portals such as Stripe and Paypal.  By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree to our official privacy policy.
11. We ship all materials within 48 hours of receiving an order and, barring acts of God and unforeseen events and delays, you should receive your materials within 5-7 working days of your order. We cannot guarantee delivery time frames, but we make every effort to ship as soon as possible.
12. Due to the nature of our program and the fact that digital materials are available for download immediately upon purchase in many cases, 90/10 Nutrition does not grant refunds. However, we reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy and will make every effort to make sure your experience with us is a good one.
13. Your membership may be cancelled at any time but there are no partial month charges. You will be billed for the entire current month and your membership will end at your next billing date.
14. Our system provides amazing results, and most participants experience positive results within weeks of beginning the 90/10 system. 90/10 Nutrition makes every effort to ensure the accurate representation of our services and their potential for overall health. However, as with any fitness and nutrition program, results vary by individual. Following the system and tips on this website does not guarantee that you will achieve desired results or that you will look like images that might be posted on the 90/10 Nutrition website. Exercise and proper diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss and muscle definition.
15. Opinions and discussion are welcome on the 90/10 Nutrition website, but comments that are disrespectful may be removed at the sole discretion of 90/10 Nutrition. Any comments that are perceived to be a solicitation will be removed at the sole discretion of 90/10 Nutrition.
