Below, you’ll find links to the 90/10 food tiers. Here’s how it works:
✔️ Eat 90% or more of your daily intake from foods listed on the Green Tier. Compare ingredients in your food to the tiers to find where they fall.
✔️ Eat 10% or less of your daily intake from foods listed on the Yellow Tier. Compare ingredients in your food to the tiers to find where they fall.
✔️ Eat 0% of your daily intake from foods listed on the Red Tier. If you eat anything from the red tier, it should be on planned special occasions rather than daily.
