This poppyseed dressing recipe originally went with this Grilled Chicken Strawberry Poppyseed salad, but use it how you see fit. It’s super tasty.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp onion grated
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp poppyseeds
- 1/4 cup honey or agave
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker cup or small bowl. Shake or whisk to combine. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If dressing hardens in the fridge, return to room temperature to use by running warm water over the container or microwaving if it is in a microwave safe container.
