Fruit is green tier, including but not limited to Apples, Apricots, Banana, Berries,Cherries, Citrus Fruits, Dates, Figs, Grapes, Kiwi, Mango, Melons, Peaches/Nectarines, Papaya, Pear, Pineapple, Plantains, Plums/prunes, and Raisins. Essentially, if it is a fruit you can find in nature, it’s green tier. This can also include dried fruit and 100% fruit juice (not from concentrate), but use caution when eating dried fruit as it can very calorie dense and you don’t stop when you should.
