This Go-To Protein Salad Recipe is just a simple idea you can use any time to put together a good lunch or even a dinner. It’s not complicated at all. In fact, you probably don’t even need this recipe, but here it is anyway.
Ingredients
- 3 cups mixed salad greens Romaine, or other lettuce
- Veggies of choice (bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, etc), chopped/sliced
- Protein of choice (leftover shredded chicken, hard-boiled egg, steak, etc)
- avocado if desired
- extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- Combine into amazing salad

Consider cheese and any other green tier toppings
