Ingredients
Steak
- 2 lb sirloin steak
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
Roasted Beets
- 8 beet peeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
Corn on the Cob
- 8 ears corn on the cob shucked
Instructions
Steak
- Preheat grill. Grill steaks on med-low heat for 4 min per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
Roasted Beets
- Preheat oven to 400. Toss beets with olive oil, garlic, and salt. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Corn on the Cob
- Bring a large stockpot of water to boil. Add shucked corn. Boil 10 minutes. Remove from water and serve with unsalted butter and salt, if desired.
