- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
Steaks
- Combine marinade ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour over steaks in shallow dish. Allow to marinate at least 5 minutes. Preheat grill to med. Grill steaks 2-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Brussels Sprouts
- Roasted Brussel Sprouts: Slice sprouts in half. Toss sprouts with oil and vinegar. Place in grill basket. Grill over med heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring half way through. (If you don’t have a grill basket, simply make a sheet of foil about 12 X 24 inches large. Place sprouts on one half of the foil. Fold other half over, and seal edges by folding several times to create a sealed packet. Grill as directed above.)
Breadsticks
- Easy Garlic Breadsticks: Preheat oven to 400. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until a soft dough forms. (You could also do this in a food processor or stand mixer.) Roll dough out into thin disc, roughly 1/2 inch thick. Using a pizza cutter, cut disc in half. Now cut dough perpendicular to the original cut into 1 inch strips. Brush with melted butter and dust with garlic salt. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
